Ramen Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 3oz Packs Ramen
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • ½ cup Shredded Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 7 tsp Olive Oil
  • 6 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Grated Ginger

Method
 

  1. In medium sauce pot over medium heat, pour in sesame and olive oil. Add in garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in carrots and cook until tender. Pour in veggie broth, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and stir. Bring to a boil and insert ramen noodles. Cook until noodles become soft and tender.
  2. In separate small pot, bring water to a boil and insert egg. Boil egg for 5 minutes. Place egg in cold water bath to let cool. Peel shell off of egg.
  3. Ladle noodles into bowl. Cut egg into 2 and place on top.
  4. Enjoy!
