- In medium sauce pot over medium heat, pour in sesame and olive oil. Add in garlic and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes. Add in carrots and cook until tender. Pour in veggie broth, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and stir. Bring to a boil and insert ramen noodles. Cook until noodles become soft and tender.
- In separate small pot, bring water to a boil and insert egg. Boil egg for 5 minutes. Place egg in cold water bath to let cool. Peel shell off of egg.
- Ladle noodles into bowl. Cut egg into 2 and place on top.
- Enjoy!
