Spicy Gochujang Noodles Print Recipe Pin Recipe Prep Time 10 minutes minsCook Time 10 minutes minsTotal Time 20 minutes mins Course Dinner, Main Course Ingredients 12 oz Rice Noodles or Noodles of Choice¼ cup Soy Sauce¼ cup Gochujang Paste2 tbsp Coconut Cream1 tbsp Tomato paste2 tbsp Water2 tbsp Honey1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil1 tbsp Rice Vinegar2 tsp Minced Garlic1 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes more or lessSesame Seeds for garnishScallions for garnish Instructions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.Meanwhile, whisk together all other ingredients in a bowl and set aside. There may be some chunks of coconut cream, but it will melt once combined with the noodles.When the noodles are done, drain and rinse and add back to the pot.
