Spicy Roasted Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
- ½-1 lb Green Beans
- 2 Bell Peppers any color + large chunks
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Crushed Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉ and line 2 large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
- Arrange on a parchment lined baking dish.
- Roast for 30 minutes mixing about halfway through.
- Enjoy!
