Spicy Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Cauliflower Florets
  • ½-1 lb Green Beans
  • 2 Bell Peppers any color + large chunks
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉ and line 2 large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
  3. Arrange on a parchment lined baking dish.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes mixing about halfway through.
  5. Enjoy!
