Sriracha Ranch Wings
Ingredients
- 2½ lbs Chicken Wings
- ½ Cup Sriracha
- ½ Cup Ranch
- ¼ Cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter (unsalted) melted or softened
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
- Ranch for topping
- 1 Green Onion for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and pat chicken wings dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, place wings along with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, crushed red pepper, smoked paprika, and mix with hands. Make sure to mix well by covering all wings in mix.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together sriracha, honey, butter, 2 tbsp ranch and set aside.
- Cut green onion into ⅛ inch pieces.
- In a large skillet, heat canola oil over medium heat. Place in wings to cook for 5 minutes (cover with a lid if needed). Flips wings over and let cook for 4 minutes then remove.
- Toss wings in sauce and plate. Drizzle ranch over wings followed by green onions.
- Enjoy!
