Vegan Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
- In another large mixing bowl, place peeled bananas and mash with fork. Pour in dry mix, milk, vanilla extract, and begin to mix. For best results, leave some clumps in mix.
- Heat griddle of pan to medium low heat and spray nonstick cooking spray if desired. Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto hot surface. Let cook for 4-6 minutes, when bubbles begin to disappear, flip. Cook for another 4-6 minutes then remove from heat.
- Add your desired toppings and syrup.
