Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. In large mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  2. In another large mixing bowl, place peeled bananas and mash with fork. Pour in dry mix, milk, vanilla extract, and begin to mix. For best results, leave some clumps in mix.
  3. Heat griddle of pan to medium low heat and spray nonstick cooking spray if desired. Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto hot surface. Let cook for 4-6 minutes, when bubbles begin to disappear, flip. Cook for another 4-6 minutes then remove from heat.
  4. Add your desired toppings and syrup.
  5. Enjoy!
