Method
- Bring a large sauce-pot of chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the pasta and stir the pasta once every few minutes, according to package directions.
- Pour in heavy cream and seasonings. Lower heat to low, add the cheese to the pasta slowly and gently stir until completely melted.
- Allow pot to simmer for 5-10 minutes continuously stirring. Sauce should begin to thicken.
- Taste and season with additional seasonings if needed.
