4-Cheese Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • tbsp Butter
  • 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 16 oz Uncooked Pasta we used Conchiglie
  • cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • cups Gouda Cheese shredded
  • cups White Cheddar Cheese grated
  • cups Havarti Cheese grated
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large sauce-pot of chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the pasta and stir the pasta once every few minutes, according to package directions.
  • Pour in heavy cream and seasonings. Lower heat to low, add the cheese to the pasta slowly and gently stir until completely melted.
  • Allow pot to simmer for 5-10 minutes continuously stirring. Sauce should begin to thicken.
  • Taste and season with additional seasonings if needed.
