4-Cheese Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • tbsp Butter
  • 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 16 oz Uncooked Pasta we used Conchiglie
  • cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • cups Gouda Cheese shredded
  • cups White Cheddar Cheese grated
  • cups Havarti Cheese grated
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Bring a large sauce-pot of chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the pasta and stir the pasta once every few minutes, according to package directions.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and seasonings. Lower heat to low, add the cheese to the pasta slowly and gently stir until completely melted.
  3. Allow pot to simmer for 5-10 minutes continuously stirring. Sauce should begin to thicken.
  4. Taste and season with additional seasonings if needed.
