Vegan Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • In large mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  • In another large mixing bowl, place peeled bananas and mash with fork. Pour in dry mix, milk, vanilla extract, and begin to mix. For best results, leave some clumps in mix.
  • Heat griddle of pan to medium low heat and spray nonstick cooking spray if desired. Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto hot surface. Let cook for 4-6 minutes, when bubbles begin to disappear, flip. Cook for another 4-6 minutes then remove from heat.
  • Add your desired toppings and syrup.
