Bring a large sauce-pot of chicken broth to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the pasta and stir the pasta once every few minutes, according to package directions.
Pour in heavy cream and seasonings. Lower heat to low, add the cheese to the pasta slowly and gently stir until completely melted.
Allow pot to simmer for 5-10 minutes continuously stirring. Sauce should begin to thicken.
Taste and season with additional seasonings if needed.
