Airfried Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel
  • 2 Eggs
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Additional Seasoning if desired to taste
  • Green Onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 355°F. Slice the bagel in half and place it on a piece of parchment paper lined with olive oil, with the crust side facing up. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the bagel halves.
  2. Create a hole in the center of each bagel half and crack an egg into each hole. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese, chili flakes and additional seasoning over the eggs.
  3. Air fry at 355°F for about 6 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the cheese is melted and golden.Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a moment. Serve warm and garnish with green onions.
