Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉ and line muffin pan with muffin liners.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine together peanut butter, applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined.
Stir in dry ingredients - oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt. Stir until well combined then fold in diced apples.
Evenly distribute batter into muffin liners and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Let cool and serve. If desired, top with more peanut butter.
