Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
In a large skillet, cook bacon to desire. Remove from pan and cut into small pieces using kitchen shears.
Add tortellini to boing water and cook according to package directions once bacon is finished.
In the same skillet, stir in chicken broth and ranch seasoning. Whisk until seasoning has desolved then stir in cream cheese. Keep stirring for 5 minutes until sauce is smooth. It will not be a thick sauce, but will thicken as it cools.
Take pan off the heat and stir in cooked tortellini and bacon.
