Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 30 Vanilla Waffers
  • Whipped Cream
  • 5.1 oz Vanilla flavored Jello instant
  • 3.4 oz Banana Cream flavored Jello instant
  • 5 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Place approximately 30 Vanilla Wafers inside of a food processor to pulse into crumbs. Pour crumbs into a bowl and add melted butter. Mix until butter is spread evenly.
  • In another bowl combine pudding packets and almond milk. Mix for at least 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Slice banana into ½ inch slices.
  • Line muffin tins with clear plastic wrap. Scoop wafer mix into muffin tin and use a spoon to press down around the tin to form a cup.
  • Place muffin tin inside refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • After refrigerating, layer in the following order inside cup: pudding, whipped cream, banana slice, pudding, whipped cream.
  • Place muffin tin inside refrigerator for at least another 30 minutes.
  • Remove cups from tins. Top off with more whipped cream, crumbled vanilla wafers, and half of a banana slice.
