Combine in a medium sized bowl, condensed milk, yeast, butter, and warm water. Stir until everything is dissolved in the water.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
Pour wet bowl into dry and mix well. Dough should become soft and not runny.
Rest dough in a warm are for 1-2 hours.
Heat frying oil in a large fryer or pan. Cut and roll dough into desired shapes: balls, twist, rectangles, etc.
Deep fry until both sides are bright golden and remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet.
