Heat a skillet over medium heat and add in olive oil and half of the sliced jalapeños. Fry for 3-5 minutes until jalapeños get crispy. Strain oil from jalapeños and allow to cool.
In another large mixing bowl, place wings along with jalapeño oil, black pepper, salt, and mix with your hands. Make sure to mix well.
In a large skillet, over medium heat. Place in wings to cook for 5 minutes (cover with a lid if needed). Flip wings over and let cook for 4 minutes then remove.
Cut the stick of butter into tablespoon portions and add to a food processor with remaining jalapeños. Blend for 1-2 minutes until combined. It will not be smooth which is okay.
In a medium sized skillet over medium heat, melt the jalapeño butter and add in jalapeño powder. Stir to combine and let butter come to a soft bubble.
