Romaine Lettuce
Baconcooked
Shredded Parmesan at least 1 bag
Caesar Dressing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉.
Dice chicken if need be and cut or pull apart bacon bits.
To make shells, take 2 handfuls of shredded Parmesan and make a circle about 6-8 inches wide on a nonstick or greased baking sheet. You should be able to fit 2-3 shells on one sheet.
Place in oven for 12 minutes.
While shells are baking, combine lettuce, bacon, chicken, and Parmesan in a large mixing bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss salad evenly.
Remove shells from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Using a spatula, remove shell from sheet and place into a taco holder to form taco shape. If no taco holder, place shell on a paper towel or in the middle of a plate. Hold spatula directly in the middle of the shell and lift the sides to create taco shape. Use sturdy items such as cups or tupperware to hold shell up.
