Method
- In large pot, bring water to a boil for pasta. Add in pasta. Let cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain noodles using a strainer. (Do not overcook noodles)
- Melt butter in large sauce pan or skillet over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, parsley, Tabasco sauce, and salt. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add in scallops and let each side cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In large bowl, toss together noodles and scallop scampi sauce.
- Plate and enjoy!
