Caramelized Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • Salmon
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Filet Salmon and pat dry.
  2. Season salmon with dry ingredients and let sit.
  3. Slice onion and sauté inside pan on medium heat with butter, black pepper, and brown sugar.
  4. Allow caramelized onion sauce to thicken.
  5. Gently place salmon in pan to cook on each side for approximately 5 minutes.
  6. Occasionally drizzle sauce over salmon as it cooks.
  7. Plate and enjoy!
