Method
- Filet Salmon and pat dry.
- Season salmon with dry ingredients and let sit.
- Slice onion and sauté inside pan on medium heat with butter, black pepper, and brown sugar.
- Allow caramelized onion sauce to thicken.
- Gently place salmon in pan to cook on each side for approximately 5 minutes.
- Occasionally drizzle sauce over salmon as it cooks.
- Plate and enjoy!
