Preheat the oven too 375℉.
After draining liquid from canned chicken, mix all crust ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a fork to crush chunks of chicken.
Cover your pizza pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
Dump chicken crust dough into the middle of your pan and begin to flatten by hand. Work dough into desired shape to ¼in to ½in thick.
Place crust in oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and other toppings of choice.
Bake again for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
