In a food processor, place your ground chicken and blend to mince your chicken. Once minced, add in all nugget ingredients. Process until combined.
Place parchment paper onto a baking tray. Scoop mixture into 1/2 inch ball and place on parchment paper. Press the 1/2 inch ball down with your fingers, and shape to your liking.
Place baking tray with nugget mixture into freezer for 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
In a medium sized bowl, combine flour mixture ingredients together.
Dredge every nugget into the flour mixture. Coat thoroughly.
Place nuggets in oil to cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from oil to paper towel lined plate to drain.
