Chocolate Chip Blonde

Ingredients
  

  • 1⅓ Cup Almond Flour or AP flour
  • Cup Brown Coconut Sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet + more for topping
  • ¼ Cup Monkfruit Sweetener or sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter unsalted
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Using a medium sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, Monkfruit Sweetener, dark coconut sugar, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk.
  3. Slowly mix in salt, baking soda, almond flour, and chocolate chips.
  4. Grease an 8x8 baking pan or line with parchment paper. Pour in mixture and make sure to even it out using a spatula or shaking it gently.
  5. Place in oven to bake for 22-24 minutes. Make sure center is set and edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
