Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lbs Chicken Tenderloins
Flour Mix
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Celery Salt
Egg Wash
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Celery Salt

Method
 

  1. Clean and pat chicken tenderloins dry.
  2. Cut tenderloins down the middle longways then cut in half.
  3. Combine in 2 separate bowls the egg wash and flour mix.
  4. Dip chicken into egg wash and cover completely.
  5. Take chicken from egg was and cover thoroughly in flour mix then place inside air-fryer.
  6. Air-fry at 400℉ for 15-18 minutes and flip halfway through.
  7. Remove from air-fryer and enjoy!
