Method
- Clean and pat chicken tenderloins dry.
- Cut tenderloins down the middle longways then cut in half.
- Combine in 2 separate bowls the egg wash and flour mix.
- Dip chicken into egg wash and cover completely.
- Take chicken from egg was and cover thoroughly in flour mix then place inside air-fryer.
- Air-fry at 400℉ for 15-18 minutes and flip halfway through.
- Remove from air-fryer and enjoy!
