set aside 1 cup for crust

Cream of Chicken Soup

Shredded Hashbrown Potatoes
frozen
Seasonings

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Inside of your mixing bowl, add all ingredients except 1 cup of cheese. Combine thoroughly.
Prepare your casserole dish by generously greasing with oil or butter.
Evenly distribute potato mix throughout casserole dish, making sure it is level.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese among the top of your dish to create a crust.
Bake dish for 50 minutes, or until crust is golden.
Remove dish and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
