Preheat oven to 350°F.
Open biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Place biscuit quarters into a large storage bag and add in brown sugar and cinnamon.
Shake bag coating each piece thoroughly.
Place coated biscuits in a greased 8x8 baking pan.
Evenly pour 3 tbsp melted butter over biscuits.
Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, milk, and 2 tbsp melted butter to make icing. Whisk until smooth.
Evenly pour icing over cinnamelts and enjoy.
