Garlic Parmesan Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ears Corn
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Parmesan shredded
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • ½ tbsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Blend together garlic, pepper, olive oil, and parmesan.
  2. Rub butter over corn thoroughly.
  3. Place buttered corn over grill or sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Roll corn every 2-3 minutes to allow for even charring on corn.
  5. Add garlic parmesan mix to grill or pan and roll corn through mixture to apply evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
