Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • Large Sweet Potatoes
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • ½ -1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450℉ and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Wash and cut sweet potatoes into quarters.
  • In a medium sized bowl, beat eggs with whisk.
  • In a large ziploc bag, mix together Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, and paprika.
  • Dip each potato into egg wash and completely cover. Then drop into dry mix bag and shake until completely coated. Shake off excess mix and place on baking sheet.
  • Arrange potatoes in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
