Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Wash and pat chicken wings dry.
- In large mixing bowl, place wings along with salt, pepper, olive oil, and mix with hands. Make sure to mix well by covering all wings in mix.
- Use a large cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and place a cooling rack overtop of it to allow chicken wings to drain. Aline wings in 3 rows on rack and place in oven to bake for 22 minutes.
- Remove wings from oven and use tongs to flip wings over to allow other side to cook. Place back into oven for 22 more minutes.
- Remove wings from oven and let cool. If you desire crispier wings, flip again and place it in the oven for 10-15 more minutes.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In a large skillet over medium heat add in olive oil and spread around. Add in minced garlic and let cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add in butter and move around as it melts. When butter is halfway melted, pour in garlic powder, smoked paprika, and stir around. After 1-2 minutes, add in parmesan and mix in. Reduce heat to medium low and add in cooked chicken wings 5-6 at a time. Let chicken soak in sauce for 4-7 minutes while continuously moving around. Make sure each wing is lathered in sauce by scooping sauce with spoon and placing on top of wings.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
