In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients into dry bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Preheat griddle or pan to medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of mix onto griddle or pan.
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until desire and flip.
Cook for another 4-6 minutes or until desire and remove.
Using a gingerbread man cookie cutter, place the cookie cutter in the middle of your pancake to achieve the full shape.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over pancakes.
Pour maple syrup & enjoy!
