Gooey Brownie
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 stick Salted Butter melted
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and mix.
- Add eggs separately mixing in between. Then add vanilla extract and mix.
- Add in flour and mix thoroughly. Add in about half of the chocolate chips and mix.
- Spray nonstick cooking spray in a 6x6 or 8x8 baking dish.
- Pour in brownie batter and level evenly. Evenly distribute the rest of the chocolate chips on top. Place in oven to bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
