Method
Fried Rice
- Dice onion.
- Using a flat grill surface or griddle, set to medium heat. Pour sesame oil in middle and spread around. Pour in onions over oil and begin to mix onions in oil. Let onions fry for 3-4 minutes then push to one side of hot surface.
- Crack egg over middle of surface and begin to scramble. Once egg is scrambled, move to opposite side of hot surface.
- In between onions and scrambled egg, pour in rice. Begin to mix in onions with egg into the rice. Add in salt, pepper, soy sauce, and continue to mix. Let rice fry for 7-8 minutes occasionally stirring. Remove from heat and set aside in bowl.
Noodles
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and insert noodles. Let noodles cook for 8-10 minutes (al dente) then drain into bowl and rinse with cold water.
- Pour sesame oil in middle and place cooked noodles on hot surface. Flatten noodles into an even circle and add garlic butter, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and mix around.
- Let noodles cook down and begin to turn brown by continuously stirring for 54-5 minutes.
- Remove noodles from heat and set aside in bowl.
Chicken
- Dice chicken.
- Pour sesame oil in middle place diced chicken on hot surface. Flatten chicken into large condensed circle. Add in pepper and garlic butter then begin to mix around. Flatten chicken into large condensed circle and pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Mix chicken around sauce allowing to cook evenly. Cook for 7-8 minutes then remove from heat and set aside in a bowl.
Shrimp
- Clean surface after cooking chicken.
- Pour veggie oil in middle of hot surface. Add in shrimp laying flat.
- Add in garlic butter, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and begin to mix around. Flip shrimp after 1-2 minutes. Continue to mix shrimp in sauce for 1-2 minutes then remove from heat and set aside in bowl.
- Plate portions of cooked food to desire. Pour yum yum sauce and sprinkle green onions overtop of food.
