Method
- Melt butter in pan on medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic to melted butter and allow fragrance to emerge.
- Whisk in heavy whipping cream. Whisk until the mixture blends.
- Slowly stir in freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Add cream cheese to mixture. Whisk thoroughly.
- Season with black pepper.
- Lower heat to low and cover pan for 2-4 minutes to simmer.
