Homemade Vanilla Wafers

Ingredients
  

  • Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ Cup Butter room temperature
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together butter, powdered sugar, and sugar on medium speed.
  • Mix in egg, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and fluffy.
  • Slowly mix in flour mixture on low until well combined. Chill batter in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  • Scoop ½ tsp sized dollops of batter onto baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating pan halfway through baking.
  • Remove cookies when golden brown and cool.
