Preheat oven to 400℉.
In large mixing bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and cold butter.
In separate bowl stir together milk and apple cider vinegar.
Pour milk mixture and honey into dry ingredients. Use hands to mix together. Mix until sticky and begins to form a ball.
Clean and dry level hard surface. Apply flour to surface. Place dough on to floured surface. Sprinkle flour on top of dough and begin to knead. Knead until dough is smooth and holds ball shape. Then use hand to flatten out dough into a flat rectangle. Use spatula to cut out squares the width of spatula.
Heat cast-iron-skillet to medium heat. Place stick of butter in middle and begin to melt. Place squares of biscuits in skillet. Let biscuits soak in butter using spoon to drizzle butter on top. Cook in skillet for 2 minutes then remove and place on baking sheet.
Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes and remove.
Coat top of biscuits in honey and enjoy!
