Instructions
Wings
Clean chicken wings and pat dry.
In a deep fryer or frying pan, preheat oil to 375°F.
In small bowl, crack eggs and whisk.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Completely dip chicken into dry bowl, then into egg wash. Place chicken back into dry mix, coating it evenly.
Place coated chicken in oil to to cook for 4-5 minutes each side.
Remove chicken from oil and let drain on paper towel lined plate or baking sheet.
Sauce
Heat a small saucepan over medium low heat.
Pour in honey along with water and cornstarch. Stir for 1 minute then add in seasonings. Stir for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
Toss wings in sauce coating them evenly and enjoy!
