Honey Soy Brussels

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash brussels sprouts and pat dry.
  • Slice each brussels sprout vertically to make flat slices.
  • Heat large skillet to medium heat and add in olive oil.
  • Lay brussels in skillet flat and cook for 3-5 minutes until crisp and flip. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until desired crispiness.
  • In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and black pepper to taste.
  • Pour honey soy mix into pan and spread evenly. Let brussels cook in mix 1-2 minutes then flip.
  • Once cooked to desire, remove and enjoy!
