Method
- Wash brussels sprouts and pat dry.
- Slice each brussels sprout vertically to make flat slices.
- Heat large skillet to medium heat and add in olive oil.
- Lay brussels in skillet flat and cook for 3-5 minutes until crisp and flip. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until desired crispiness.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and black pepper to taste.
- Pour honey soy mix into pan and spread evenly. Let brussels cook in mix 1-2 minutes then flip.
- Once cooked to desire, remove and enjoy!
