Honey Soy Brussels

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash brussels sprouts and pat dry.
  2. Slice each brussels sprout vertically to make flat slices.
  3. Heat large skillet to medium heat and add in olive oil.
  4. Lay brussels in skillet flat and cook for 3-5 minutes until crisp and flip. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until desired crispiness.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and black pepper to taste.
  6. Pour honey soy mix into pan and spread evenly. Let brussels cook in mix 1-2 minutes then flip.
  7. Once cooked to desire, remove and enjoy!
