Lemon Pepper Turkey Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Turkey Wings
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Seasoned Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Wash and pat turkey wings dry.
  3. Place wings into large mixing bowl along with pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and mix with hands. Make sure to cover wings in entirety.
  4. Butter large 9x12 baking dish and place wings inside. Pour rest of mix overtop of wings. Place 2 cubes of butter on each wing and place in oven to bake until brown.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley or lemon wedges, and enjoy!
