Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small microwave safe bowl, heat mozzarella and milk until melted and whisk together.
In a large mixing bowl, add cheese mixture and let cool for 2 minutes. Add in flour, egg, and baking powder to combine. Mix until ball of dough forms.
Form dough into a ball with your hands. Divide into 4 pieces and roughly flatten into circles. Place shaped dough on baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Brush with garlic butter if desired.
