Low-Carb Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • Cups Mozzarella shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Milk we used almond milk
  • ¾ Cup Almond Flour
  • Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg at room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl, heat mozzarella and milk until melted and whisk together.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cheese mixture and let cool for 2 minutes. Add in flour, egg, and baking powder to combine. Mix until ball of dough forms.
  • Form dough into a ball with your hands. Divide into 4 pieces and roughly flatten into circles. Place shaped dough on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
  • Brush with garlic butter if desired.
