Boil chicken by adding pinch of salt and pepper in water. After cooling, remove the chicken pieces and shred into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and oil. Add little water and knead into firm and smooth dough.
In another mixing bowl, add shredded chicken pieces, finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste and spice powders and mix well. Add soy sauce and mix properly.
Make small balls out of dough. Flatten the dough balls using a rolling pin into 4 to 5 inch rounds.
Add prepared chicken stuffing in the middle of the flattened round dough.
Close the dumpling by bringing the edges together, twist and seal to make a momo.
In a similar way, prepare momos with rest of the dough and chicken stuffing.
Place the chicken momos in a steamer and steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until they are steamed properly.
