Nutty Professor Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2½ oz Amaretto Liqueur
- ¾ oz Dark Rum
- Almond Halves crushed
- 2 spoonful's Peanut Butter melted
Instructions
- Melt peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds on a small plate.
- Crush almond halves into small pieces.
- Dip rim of cocktail glass into peanut butter followed by dipping into almonds.
- Pour Amaretto and rum into cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour cocktail into glass and enjoy!
