Ingredients
  

Rim
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
Drink
  • 1/8 cup Peach Puree
  • 1/2 tsp Honey
  • 2½ oz Rum white/silver
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Peel peach and cut into chunks.
  2. Use a blender or food processer to make peach puree out of chunks.
  3. Combine peach puree, honey, rum, and ice in cocktail shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Mix together on small plate cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Rub lemon wedge along rim of cocktail glass and twist rim in cinnamon sugar mix.
  6. Pour drink into glass and add one dash of cinnamon in middle of drink.
  7. Enjoy!
