Method
- Peel peach and cut into chunks.
- Use a blender or food processer to make peach puree out of chunks.
- Combine peach puree, honey, rum, and ice in cocktail shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds.
- Mix together on small plate cinnamon and sugar.
- Rub lemon wedge along rim of cocktail glass and twist rim in cinnamon sugar mix.
- Pour drink into glass and add one dash of cinnamon in middle of drink.
- Enjoy!
