In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
Add in sweetened condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, milk and vanilla extract. Mix until combined well.
Finally, stir inĀ half of the whipped topping.
Thinly slice bananas and place a couple slices in the bottom of pie crust.
Scoop in banana pudding to fill to the top.
Crush vanilla wafers and sprinkle on top of pudding.
