Sautéed Cabbage

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head Green Cabbage thinly chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter + Olive oil seperated
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Accent
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core and chop into thin slices.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium high heat with olive oil.
  3. Add the cabbage and mix in seasonings. Stir in another 2 tbsp of butter and sauté for about 45 minutes covering with lid. During this time, stir the cabbage occasionally until the cabbage becomes soft and caramelized.
