Instructions
Shrimp
Preheat vegetable oil to 325°F for frying.
In small mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and hot sauce.
In medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
Individually, dip shrimp into egg wash mixture covering completely. Then transfer to flour mix covering completely.
Fry shrimp for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer shrimp to paper-towel lined plate to drain.
Sandwich
Slice tomatoes.
Apply Remoulade sauce to roll.
Layer lettuce, tomatoes, pickles on roll.
Layer shrimp on top of pickles.
Apply more Remoulade sauce on top of shrimp.
Eat and enjoy!
