Preheat oven to 500℉
In a medium sauce pan, add olive oil then butter to melt.
Then add garlic and let brown. Once fragrant, pour in wine and lemon juice. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Add in shrimp for 1 minute then remove into bowl. (Shrimp will cook more when baking in oven).
Turn scampi heat down to low.
Roll out dough onto pizza pan.
Brush dough with scampi sauce. Leave 1 inch untouched by sauce along the rim of dough.
Cut or rip shrimp into smaller pieces and place over scampi sauce.
Sprinkle cheese and add Italian seasoning.
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven garnish with lemon zest and black pepper.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
