Drink
  • 1/2 cup Eggnog
  • 2 1/2 oz White Chocolate Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder unsweet
Rim
  • 1/2 Graham Cracker
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Eggnog

Method
 

Rim
  1. Crush together graham cracker and equal parts cinnamon and sugar. Lay graham cracker mix evenly onto small plate. In separate small bowl, pour enough egg nog to cover base. Dip rim of cocktail glass into egg nog, then dip and twist rim in graham cracker mix.
Drink
  1. In a cocktail shaker, pour in egg nog, white chocolate liqueur, dark rum, and cocoa powder. Add a few ice cubes and shake well for 10-15 seconds. Using a cocktail strainer, pour drink into finished cocktail glass.
  2. Enjoy!
