Method
- Heat oil to 375℉.
- Cut onion into 1/2 inch slices and break apart into individual rings.
- Put 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour into a small bowl
- In large mixing bowl, whisk together all other dry ingredients.
- Pour in ginger ale and whisk.
- Dip onion ring in flour covering completely then submerge directly into mix. Mix around covering completely and place directly in to oil to fry.
- Flip to fry evenly. When onion rings become golden in color remove remove into paper-towel line bowl to drain.
- Eat and enjoy!
