Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lbs Cremini Mushrooms
  • 1 Lbs Ground Turkey
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Clean mushrooms with warm water and a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Finely chop mushroom stems or use a food processor.
  • Cook ground turkey in a large cast-iron skillet and season to desire. Set browned meat aside.
  • Add olive oil to cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Pour in chopped mushroom and garlic . Fry until moisture has disappeared and set aside to cool.
  • Once ground meat is cool, combine in a large mixing bowl with cream cheese, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of filling and arrange caps with the used cast-iron skillet.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over mushrooms caps.
  • Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. If after 20 minutes, cheese has not browned yet, turn oven to broil on Hi. Keep a close eye on mushrooms because the cheese will brown fast.
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!
