Clean mushrooms with warm water and a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Finely chop mushroom stems or use a food processor.
Cook ground turkey in a large cast-iron skillet and season to desire. Set browned meat aside.
Add olive oil to cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Pour in chopped mushroom and garlic . Fry until moisture has disappeared and set aside to cool.
Once ground meat is cool, combine in a large mixing bowl with cream cheese, black pepper, cayenne, onion powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
Fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of filling and arrange caps with the used cast-iron skillet.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over mushrooms caps.
Place in oven to bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. If after 20 minutes, cheese has not browned yet, turn oven to broil on Hi. Keep a close eye on mushrooms because the cheese will brown fast.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
