Sweet & Spicy Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 Large Head of Cauliflower pull florets
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Green Onions chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Cooking Oil
Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place cauliflower florets on baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over florets, then spray cooking oil. Toss well with your hands.
  4. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes to desired crispness.
  5. While cauliflower is baking combine sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Whisk until well combined for 4-5 minutes until thick consistency.
  6. Remove cauliflower from oven and toss in sauce, or pour sauce over cauliflower.
  7. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
  8. Enjoy!
