Waffles from Scratch

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 6 tbsp Butter melted
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Table Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat waffle iron to desire.
  • In large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
  • In separate mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and whisk.
  • Spray nonstick cooking spray in waffle iron.
  • Pour 2/3 cups of mix into waffle iron to cook.
  • When waffle is finished cooking remove from waffle iron. Spread butter if desired and drizzle syrup.
